Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment source (card/account used for purchase).
Refunds are subject to compliance with the cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch, subject to:
- A small fee charged by the payment gateway provider.
- Any conversion charges, if applicable.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch will be subject to:
- A return shipping charge.
- A 35% restocking fee.

- Confirm if you want to wait for restocking.
- Offer an exchange for another product.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned within:
- 7 days for non-perishable items.
- 24 hours for perishable items.
- Returned products must be:
- Unused and unopened.
- In their original packaging.
